Filling in Some Blanks

Many apologies for the long (even for me) silence. The last few weeks have been busy, even when you don't factor in the time I lost being sick and replacing broken glasses.

Here's a quick rundown on what's been keeping me off the streets:

• Working on the next issue of fps, which will be focusing on anime;
• Interviewing Chris Hinton, independent animator extraordinaire (and, once upon a time, my animation teacher at Concordia) for an upcoming podcast;
• Pulling together material for two other podcasts—one on stop-motion animators Mike Johnson and Adam Parrish King, another on what I call anime hybrids;
• Slowly—very slowly—pulling together material for EcoDigital;
• Writing about portable video for Digital World and CE-Biz;
• Not sleeping.
